ive done it safely yes, and i would say that paying with the card would show its actually got funds on it, and its a real card and not a VCC devoid of funds (although pp know its a EP card from the numbers) and may strengthen the account perhaps ?

anyone care to chime in

what is the outstanding balance for ?

fees or failed reimbusments

add the card to pp and pay it with your pp

how are you paying the fees through ebay, by adding card ?

This is how i do a one time payment with card through eby.

click my account, make one time payment, on the next screen enter amount and click pay, on next screen (under log in) click the link that says don't have a paypal account and add card details there to make the payment also uncheck box for paypal to save details.
