Ad network that accepts Paypal payments in bulk up front

Yeah, so probably not the right forum for this, but I know there's a lot experts on paypal here so hopefully someone might be able to help me with this:

Basically i'm looking for as many different AD networks that accept paypal as possible. The catch is that I need them to accept payment up front in bulk (like $500).

So, I need advertisers that will allow me to create an account with them where I can upload a bunch of money from my paypal account in one go - which I can then use to fund my ads, rather than getting billed as and when.

I'm completely new to advertising in case you can't already tell

Are you going to have long established paypal accounts that will withstand such big payments?

well, i'm looking in the 300 to 500 range. Paypal accounts are about 3 months old with a few payments going through them in this time.
