Default How to remove "Paypal account required" on the listing

Does anyone know how to remove "Paypal account required" which is located under the asking price on the listing. I don't want to limit my customer base to only those who have Paypal account.

HI: Its in Ebay Preferences, also---under sellling preferences..
On your listing--click the blue more box, above the pyt area--brings a drop down box,,remove the check mark for pp required..BUT--preferences in selling manager, will over ride it..

I looked at "selling preferences" in my account and looked at "Payment From Buyers" and "Buyer Requirements" but didn't see "Paypal account required option" in order to remove the checkmark.

On my listing creating page, which one is the blue more box and under which part? Please show me in more detail.

I'm not sure if this was resolved but maybe it's that box on the listing page that says "block users who might make transactions more expensive or difficult?"

Ebay's default for that is to check it, and I always uncheck it, and I don't get the "paypal account required" on my ads that I create on ebay's sell your item form.
