2 years ago my MoneyBookers account got limited. They refused to pay the remaining balance. They said me that they do not allow to withdraw from limited accounts. Now do they provide a method to get your money if an account get suspended?

Re-read what the question was before we get stunned by another wrong reply.

THREE REPLIES ONLY are possible. Pick the one that will be most accurate.

Yes or No or I do not know

Now do they provide a method to get your money if an account get suspended?

Read and try a reply.

This is what it states in their terms & conditions:

"17.2. Together with a termination notice or at any time thereafter we may give you reasonable instructions on how to withdraw remaining funds."

Using phraseology like "we may" still leaves open the question.

If you have money locked in that account please contact them and question the process of withdrawing money from the locked account. For me they rejected and took all my money. It was 2 years ago. Now If they allow it and tell you some steps could you please share the details on this thread?

My moneybookers account got suspended and even they didnt return the money i have in it , luckily i had only around 30$ ...but moneybookers customer support is awesome also unlike pp its safe till they dont suspend u forever ..

i even have 1 account on my dad name it is still working fine from more than 4 years now

I think americans are only allowed to recieve money in Moneybookers, they cant send outside, thats the downside .

Skrill are even more vague than PayPal when it comes to closing your account... they just tell you to look at section 17 of their terms and conditions, which just tells you that they have the right to terminate any account. Very helpful...

And BTW when my account got closed they just reversed the money to the buyer, even though he contacted them to say that he was happy with the product. Criminals.

They keep even quieter about deleting the account.

Always suspected the staff learned their trade as paypal employees then moved onwards....
