ebay punishing sellers for low dsrs

After reading all this I haven't a clue where to post my question? I'm scared you might all shout at me!
Just want to know if its true that Ebay stop you selling if your DSR star score falls to low? And what they consider too low?
Sorry as I'm sure its been asked before, just can't find it!

Ebay will and does restrict selling accounts if any of the standards are not made.

It's a common problem here. Sellers can not keep within ebay's demands & get punished.

there are loads of little things you can do to help you work round it but by far the best one is simply to be a good seller.
