MC999 Trademark Violation - How to avoid?

Three times in a short time became the "lucky" owner of "MC999 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item".
Is there any way to avoid this? Maybe paste small (maybe blur) pictures? Any tricks in the description?

Only way to avoid it is to change your product

If you don't want to get hit with MC999 in the future don't sell branded stuff
