 paypal transc problem
hello
i was selling an item on ebay, i received a message of a buyer asking for a discount
we agreed on paypal off ebay transc, but he bought other items not the ones in my listing because listing was for 150$ and he paid me 200$ for cards set+ spare cards
so i have sent him a invoice with term no refunds& no returns - invoice description was cards set+ spare cards nothing esle 190$+10 $ shipping total of 200$ which ebay ID not included
today i recevied a message from him on ebay (we did all the conversations on ebay) telling me hes dissapointed and wants hes money back as the cards dont fit description ( claiming a false disciption as ⊗⊗⊗⊗, torn, heavily used etc) which is not true
first he asked me for 200$ refund, later 165$ and later 125$ as final offer , which sounds fishy to me
either he wants a refund or he will be contacting and reporting me to ebay and paypal
does he have any protection on such transaction?
can ebay suspend or delete my seller account due to off ebay transaction for different item than listed, i relisted it for sale again as proff?
also the price is different and has nothing to do with ebay
what should i do? i really don't want to give him a refund as i stated no refunds and no returns and everything fits description i think he just made his mind up and don't want the items
i lack of knowledge about this things so please help me on this one

I am from Lithuania, buyer is from Canada
the buyer treathens me to report me on ebay for off ebay transc
i'v sent the buyer multiple pictures and everything he asked , but now hes claiming its not as described
