Whats the point of slaving away at the gym to eat boring foods like chicken and rice? all day. Nothing feels better than a big greasy big mac meal after a grauling workout.
As you can see from my after picture yes ive gained slight bodyfat, i still have a solid 4 pack and am only 14%.
It's calories in VS calories out. If i eat 500 calories over my maintaince calories I WILL GAIN WEIGHT whether it's mcdonalds or home baked in frylight.
My blood pressure ect are all fine. If it aint broke why fix it?
