ebay account suspended,i need help to sell again...

Hello,
I badly need help. My ebay seller account get suspended due to miscategorization. How can i re activate my account? Or yet open a new account without being traced by ebay? I can no longer use my own credit card to register because it has all my personal information. I have read here regarding virtual credit cards? Can anyone here please suggest vcc good for me? And how to do it, inorder to sell my items again in ebay? My location is in Japan.What should i do if i open new ebay accounts and paypalwithout being suspended again?
Please pardon my english, i am not good in explaination my problem.I hope anyone gets what I mean to say here.Please understand.Hoping for replies.Thank you truly in advance for any help would wholeheartedly appreciated.
