Ah yes, I got this message when trying to transfer funds from one of my brand new PP accounts, to a more established one. They just reversed the transaction after a day or so, and that was it.

they hold your funds so they can invest it and they hold it off as long as they can, NO STRIKE THAT,
they keep the funds as long as THEY WANT.

ive always mixed it up, and put in like "custom made stickers, pack of 500" hoped they came out like you wanted Jon.

I try to make it look real haha, anything to keep paypal from gettin suspicious.

Yeah i have seen this like more than a year ago when they started cracking down on transferring from ghost accounts to real ones.

I've had the same problem at one point,paypal limited my acct while still accepting payments from my customers but in my case i forgot to update my phone number, after i updated it,i could do whatever i want.Limitless.But they will call me every 2 months though and i always speak to them when i'm around or give them a call when they leave a message and demand why they called me the other time. i have paypal & ebay info glued to the PC so i don't get screwed up but the calls stopped coming when i got my website and started listing less on ebay.
