Address portion registering ebay

So i do have friends and family to use for address.. but i don'nt want to use them for this purpose.. just seems i'm using them or something. so looking for the po box method but anyone use methods of just randomly using a building as suggested in book (like mcdonalds or some drop ship warehouse etc..) I've been selling on ebay since 2000 and i don't think i recall receiving any letters from them other than some promotional items or catalogs... which im sure is ok
