Been dramas between China & paypal.

Hong-Kong might still be working.

Mainland China is slowly stopping. Accounts' usage is being stopped as you said.

Do a quick search for posts by Blackie Cheung or cass(both users on this forum). I recall some info.

Actually their cards are OK.... for those merchants that have taken that leap to be 'Western', cc payments can work.

If a buyer manages to get a good working relationship with a Chinese seller, it can be profitable for both parties.

Depending on the volume of business, escrow might be worthy of checking.

Like buying anywhere, it's careful research needed to have everything work.

Been to Hong Kong before....all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ BS they sell just disgusts me and how their legal system and government allows them to produce knock offs is just so wrong in so many ways. I am not saying all china sellers or manufacturers are bad...but when we take all the countries in the world...China is by far the worst of them all...some of the biggest cheaters around...again not generalizing Chinese people in general..just those that are in it for a quick buck that have zero morals or regard to all the R&D spent be other countries that come out with legitimize products...then these guys come along..reverse engineer the product and change the name slightly and make money on it.

Have you guys seen the documentary about how these Chinese knock off company's actually sue the legitimate companies and win every time?...i wish i could find the youtube video of the documentary..but read about the Goophone 5 here Chinese Knock Off Maker Ready to Sue over iPhone 5 Design - The Mac Observer
