Made an Account and it got blocked today

I made an account last week and 3-4 days later it got detected. Here are the precautionary steps I did before creating a new account.

1) Sign off eBay and Paypal
2) Used CCleaner to clean cookies
3) Deleted cache from Firefox
4) Made a new check card/bank account with a different name and address
5) Changed my IP address
6) Made sure I didn't sign back to my old Paypal and eBay account

Things I didn't change while registering.

1) Phone number
***I didn't change my phone number because tracking a phone number is not possible. If someone lives in an apartment and a new tenant moves in, that person will have the same phone number. I don't think this was the mistake I made unless I am missing something important***

2) Picture host - same account
***I used the same user name as my old account, not sure if this was the problem or the phone number but apparently eBay was able to track one of them down.***

The phone number is what caught you.

I was thinking the same. I don't think it was my Photobucket account that got me suspended even though I used the same account previously. One thing I wanted to add from my previous post, a day ago, I added my actual address on my Paypal account as a second address, do you guys think this have anything to do with it?

Does TollFreeForwarding.com work with Paypal and eBay? I'm having a tough time finding a service that can forward voice/phone calls directly to my cell phone at a cheap rate.

I figured that out too but didn't know if my account got suspended because of Photobucket or because I didn't change my phone number. I guess I'll just change both information altogether.

I used the same number on my last account and changed the ext number around a little and didnt get suspended

The problem about changing your number to a number that doesn't work is that they can't call to verify your account. Personally, I rather use the TollFreeForwarding service since it does work (I tried it). With the new system eBay is using, you can't use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ number anymore because they actually check up on it.

Yeah, that kinda suck. That means I have to wait another 2 weeks to get a new bank account and debit card from my bank. I took a gamble and it didn't pay off. When I get a new bank account and the whole nine set up, I'll post the steps I took and post the process.

I used TollFreeForwarding and got my phone number in about 5 minutes. You have to register using a business email address and the address you provide has to be an existing address (it doesn't have to be your address, but it has to exist if you were to search for it on a map).

1. What are you doing for a paypal or merchant acct?

Doesn't it say in order to list you have to show you have either?

2. If you don't have paypal or a merchant acct, can you list at all?

3. What if you say you have paypal and you don't? OR

4. a buyer sends your email a paypal payment. How would you refund that seller's paypal if you don't join paypal?

5. can you say you offer paypal and then tell your buyers not to send paypal before you contact them? and then tell them you are not using paypal and to mail you a money order?
