 Linked eBay account restricted - are my other accounts at risk?
Hi folks,
I have five eBay UK accounts which I think are all linked (same address, IP etc used). Three are top rated seller shops, one is a shop I use to test new product lines and the fifth I just use to buy with. The test shop used to be above standard but has just been restricted as it fell below standard due to low DSR for dispatch time (1.65% / 4 low DSRs) and buyer protection cases (1.22% / 3 cases) over the last 3 months. All other DSR's are 0% and 0.11%. Feedback for the account is 99.5% with 3 negative out of a total of 925.
I'm not concerned with this account being restricted as I don't really need it and haven't been selling on it recently but I'm concerned that it could impact my main business TRS shops which are doing very well for income and DSR stats etc as I believe they are all linked.
Should I be worried? I was thinking about contacting eBay but don't want to draw attention at the same time. Any advice greatly appreciated.
