new stealth accounts and windows accounts

I opened up my first stealth on a new laptop and created a new windows user account to be on the safe side. Since this account has now gone down, is it ok to use the same laptop but just create a new windows user account? Theres no way a trace can be made back using this method?? many thanks

what about the address, if it has the first part of the same post code for example will that arise suspicions? and a variation on the stealth name is ok??

Depends to be honest, on things like, how much they want you and how close to the bullet you bite.

combinations of things like slight name variation, same bank, what your selling, where you selling it from, how many banned account you have, are you selling the same things as band accounts, using simular eby user name, email to your old ones and so on can see linkage or suspicion which is enough.
