When does the 21 day payment hold end?

When does the 21 day payment hold end? Is it when your account reaches 90 days since your first sale or what? I know someone with 4 feedback (1 seller and 3 buyer) that doesn't have a hold, but I know for a fact its older than 90 days.

Any clear answers here?

how long is a piece of string? i had an account (that was selling loads, all positive feedback with good DSR) where it took around 3 months. i also had a different account that was selling hardly anything that had the hold removed after about a month. neither account was fully verified either.

its 90 days after your first sale but you must meet other selling requirements like 10 items a month or a $ value.

There is no standard. It is different for every account. Along with derbydave, I have some accounts not even 30 days old and there isn't a 21 day hold, but then I have an account that is over 5 months old and still has the 21 day hold. Both accounts sell about the same every month too.
