Default With the new mc999 violations does it make sense....

With the new mc999 verify violations does it make sense to change acct set up procedures?

Not sure how to deal with this sensibly.

Use your brain to do this from the start.

Smarter ways of doing it exist..

You just need to learn to control the things you can control. Like for example address, phone number, and potentially business information. There is no exact science to avoiding Ebay making you verify the information.

What violations are you referring to specifically? I noticed one of my stealth accounts got hit today--

First message was MC999 was a Suspicious buyer of item --- but they didn't list the user id, then MC999 account limitation bc of suspicious activity.

I thought it was weird. Besides the suspicious buyer messsage, there was nothing wrong (that I have perceived ) with my ebay. No bad feedback, cases, etc. No unusual selling activity - the account is about 9 months old.

Ebay didn't want any paperwork or documents or anything.

I guess I don't mind, but it's just weird as I loved that account. Somehow I seem to connect with my stealth accounts like a relationship w a close friend. Luckily I had already withdrew the money from the paypal a week ago..

Oh well.. On to more stealth I go.

LOL... Yes I know why. It's because I spend a lot of time and dedication into my accounts--- maybe a bit dangerous huh. :?

================================================== ===

On another note:

I created another stealth, and after I browsed awhile, I received an MC999 message stating that my account had been suspended :( bc of security concerns.. should I be worried?

You likely got linked again, if you got the mc999 without listing anything.

Yes turkeyhunt - if you don't target this linking problem right away, future accounts will always go down.

Thanks -- I am changing things up now-- sigh. Somehow-- it intrigues me to find another way around the ever changing rules set up by ebay.

Its like a game of chess... and Normally I am pretty good. But at the moment, ebay has the one up on me. . .

I did some changes - and made some new ones. Now I will update to see if that worked or not.

Thanks

Are you losing any money by wasting these accounts you get mc999 with? I ask because I'm fairly clumsy, so I use a VPS to keep everything organized and unlinked. It costs a few bucks a month $10-20 but it's kind of worth it... to me.

I'm only managing > 25 accounts right now.

I am not sure who you are specifically talking to, but since I spread my money out around different accounts, I don't lose that much money, if any at all-- especially since its the ebay account that gets limited, and not the paypal. I have been lucky, for the most part to have the paypal account limited much later; giving me plenty of time to withdraw.

But on the ones that I have lost money, I call within 45 days to paypal to release the money

You need to stop and re think your procedures.

You are doing something wrong and getting linked.

Do not move forward until you completely understand what and how you are getting linked, IPS, cookies etc etc.
