I've got limited my paypal account 180 days before. now it says transfer money to my bank.

i wanted to know, can i receive money to this limited paypal account? mostly from ad networks.

so i can transfer both money to my bank. and wont make new paypal account for receive money

No, you cannot receive money in to the account, p/p have closed it.

All you can do is withdraw any funds in it to your bank account.

After 180 days withdrawal, They permanently close your account. You can no longer use it for any purchase or selling. To receive funds from your ad networks you can use a stealth account, but you'll have to use a different bank account number to withdraw funds from new stealth account.
