Going to call ebay tomorrow MC999

I have requested two letters to my house address to lift limits but both times the codes did not work, i was advised by ebay cs to call them and ask to review my account.

My seller account is 5* 100% it got MC999 due to an account i made but didnt verify so that account got limited. This is all with my legit details.

I was wondering how should i prepare and what type of questions do they usually ask?

expect a ID doc request too
