i cant withdraw money from PP ??

hello everyone .. i ve opened a eB stealth accnt 2 months ago verified PP . account is belong my mom's name both eB and PP .. but PP account verified with my credit card . and credit card belong me so i cant withdraw money from PP .. what should i do ? please advise thank you every help ...

yes i did when i ve opened new accnt . do i need to change bank accnt with my mom instead of mind ?
