I am sure they will require some form of verification such as a Notice before posting, also the assumption with ebay is that your over 18 in order to open the account hence you are of age.

Thanks man, I stated ebay.ca since sometimes different rules might apply and maybe they would be more lenient towards the age verification thing... As long as I don't have a call thats a good thing lol.

I believe age verification is same as US: all that is required is credit card (vcc) on file with eBay.
