Default Account linking by IP address olny

Hi everyone

I keep track of ip addresses every-time I log into a stealth account. I recently discovered that i used the same IP address as another stealth account to logon.

Contact details for each of the accounts are different, so to, the computer user name. Can i get suspended for this?? Just trying to plan ahead

Thanks.

One off should be no problems.

Depending on your IP provider, you might be lucky.

NSW IPs have been really muddled today according to my logs.

So far (2 days!) I haven't had a problem despite using Tor, which switches my IP address constantly. I think they must eventually notice that I am zipping around the planet faster than Concord.

I can't fathom why you would even attempt to log in using Tor. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!

Tor is too dangerous - asking to get yourself in trouble

Have you never heard of this?

Go to a site like

What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...
Below is what you will see.

Hostname: tor-exit-router46-readme.formlessnetworking.net
ISP: Applied Operations, LLC
Organization: Formless Networking, LLC
Services: Confirmed proxy server
Type: Corporate
Assignment: Static IP
Blacklist:
Geolocation Information

Country: Anonymous Proxy

Info will describe the IP.
Various comments include
suspected network sharing device
or
Known proxy

Users here who use proxies/TOR are detectable if you go looking. I do

Bold writing is from a user's IP check. IP is blacklisted on five different sites

Imagine what paypal/ebay can do should they run a similar program.

Good site, but then again, so what? Not everyone using a VPN or Tor is trying to scam or multi-account. People use them for all sorts of reasons mostly related to privacy. e.g. They don't want their ISP or boss to know where they are surfing, they torrent, or their workplace blocks ebay etc.

If you get blocked and go for the phone call option what happens? do they demand you stop using a proxy/VPN/Tor?

I prefer to give advice that will enable long term survival of an account.

More users than you have posts have had troubles.

Advice is just that

If TOR rocks your boat, take a life jacket eh.
