 Buyer Protection Cases
I have account that was limited since late spring of last year. I had picked up 3 Buyer Protection cases in July 2 of which on the same day. I screwed up but at the time i was thinking i have a stealth account that is making money and i can wait this out. When Ebay limited my sales numbers tanked. I rarely added new inventory posted and made a handful of sales a month. That 12 month window killed me. My DSR's, FB all were good. There were 0 buyer protection claims that went against me. The fact that i had provided tracking numbers for some items late kept the stats on the opened cases. I was at 1.77 today 6 months later with NO DSR infractions, NO opened cases. I was sentenced to Indefinite Suspension. I called today about this pointing to my 6 months of perfect sales. I think this is BS. I hate this company.
