Need Advice: Use Legit Account or New Stealth?

Hello, new subscriber here. I have two Ebay/Paypal accounts, one is a 13 year old one with all my legit info including my SSN. This account is great but I started selling digital downloads a year ago and was afraid of a) becoming suspended or b) someone using my real info to come after me.

So 6 months ago I started a new Ebay/Paypal account using all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and new info, but no SSN. I did it sorta stealth using info from other sources. I built it up slowly and am now successfully selling all my digital goods on there and keeping my legit account for tangible goods. I thought all was great until after the new year I have gotten 3 requests for SSN and getting more serious. Then just today a buyer said they tried to buy something from me but got an "Seller unable to receive funds" error and edit: login to paypal and they say I cannot receive funds until I provide SSN.

I decided to buy the stealth guide and subscribe to the forum. I have a few questions:

1) Is there a way to change my legit account so it isn't my real info that buyers would see? I don't mind Paypal having my SSN and sending me a 1099, but I really don't feel good selling the digital downloads with my real info.

2) For my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account, the Ebay account seems in very good standing. Would there be a way to create or buy a new Paypal account and swap that in there while I work on creating a 2nd Stealth account to spread the payments around on? Just this week my Ebay limits went up, meanwhile my Paypal looks in danger.

3) I've thought of buying some of the sellers accounts, but what happens with the fact they created it with an IP and address from an area of the country I'm not in? Once I start using, does that attract suspicion?

BTW both accounts have 100% feedback and I keep my buyers really happy.

Why would you do that? Sell non risky items on that one.

What are you saying? your flag is showing the USA. Are you in the USA? We have sellers here who sell in your country pretty much everywhere if you are not in the USA as your flag shows. If you are we have several sellers of USA accounts.

Leave the real account alone and use it to sell good items or let it sit until you can.

Have several stealths over time and spread your sales. Mixing and matching pps is risky.

If I understand correctly you are getting request for SSN on the new account already and its Feb? If so that account is toast. You must have sold a lot of items ( what was your limits ) in one month or sold risky stuff to get this.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am in the US, but I'm worried if I buy an account from you or someone else with an address in Chicago and I'm in Seattle that it will attract suspicion used from my Seattle IP. Digital downloads are technically not allowed, but Ebay doesn't bother some people, especially established accounts it seems.

So my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Ebay account is toast because the Paypal account I used with it got limited? Even if the Ebay account is good standing? The limit on that Ebay account is 1,460 items of $12,000 per month. It was doing fine in 2012, I had been slowing ramping it up as the Ebay limits were increased, and I had gotten a SSN request twice in the first 6 months, then 3 times over the last week.

No, I didn't hit 20K in 2012 and far away so far this year, but transactions was approaching 200.
