confused with paypal

I have 4 paypal accounts 2 in my name and 2 in my bros .My bros is a few years old and it got limited on 30th jan 08 so i thought i would have to wait 180 days to get my money ,but this wasnt the case .I sent them in the suppliers invoice they wanted and they have now emailed me saying i can take out my remaining balance but never said they wanted to part company. They also explained why they keep the money for 180 days. They said they keep it because thats what credit card companys do ,well you can file a charge back on your credit card up till 180 days .Has anyone else had this sort of email ? Maybe i have a good chance of getting this account back on .What do you guys think ? I am based in the uk by the way

Anyone had this email ? Its funny how they were taking the time out to explain about keeping my money for 180 days but they only keep it for over 3 months .

Usually when you get the 180 email, you're screwed.
