Smile Ebay and Paypal suspension ...

My ebay account was suspended and it led to the suspension of my Paypal account a few days later. I now successfully created 3 new Ebay accounts (with 3 new emails, of course). I also created 3 new Paypal accounts to accept payment.
My question is:
1- Do I really need 3 separate Paypal accounts or just 1 is enought( I am afraid if I have only 1 paypal , if one day Ebay suspends my account, they will link and suspend the other 2 because I link 3 of them to 1 Paypal account)
2- How do I withdraw fund made to Paypal as I use bogus street address for my accounts . How do I get verified and Ebay won't notice the address (same as the one gets suspended).
Creating Ebay account seems to be easy if we follow the suspension's guide, but making Paypal works the way we want it to is kind of hard (at least for me). Any idea from the experts of how to deal with this hassle?

It's probably best to work with just one Paypal account at a time. Paypal seems to be more forgiving then eBay, and without linking accounts you'll hardly bring attention to your self. The only problem you'll have is when Paypal ask for more information after funds start coming in. If you don't have a SS#, and verified bank account ready to give up, you'll lose the account.

If you have your original Paypal account, I would work on that one if I were you.

Thanks for everybody for commenting but the problem I am having right now is my original paypal account is frozen. I can not receive or send or withdraw money from that account. Is there anything I can do to get around this , for example ,open a new account with the same address (this is my brother who is living with me and willing to let me borrow his credit card for use but if we use the same address as the old one, will Paypal notice it (eventhough with different names).
Thanks for your advices

And by the way, how many items can we list per day on the new account to avoid Ebay's attention, anybody knows??? If I list 2 items per day, is it safe?? or only 1 item per day is better ???
thanks for your advice

My paypal account was limited indefinately and they will not release the info to be taken off thier system. Thier reasoning is to keep you from opening other accounts. Not sure if they are like ebay and will close anything associated with a suspended buyer ex: same address. I did open a new paypal with my fathers address and a CC I opened in my maiden name under that same address. The ebay account was suspeneded but the paypal seems okay. I am unsure if I should associate my new ebay id with the paypal account or if that will suspend me. Any info?

How much are simon cards? I know you put your own amount on, but how much are they to activate? I know walmart sells CC's for like $10.
