Default CC name needs to match pp name

I know the bank accounts need to be in real name, but what about the credit card? I want to use netteller free card, but am wondering whether i should register the cc in my own name, or the stealth name? Does the name show on pp? Thank you.

Name on card doesnt matter. The only thing they verify are the numbers in the address and zipcode.

I can confirm with their AVS they only verify the street number and zip code.

Yes...and bank account doesnt matter what you put for name/address. All they care about is account and routing number.

Bank account must be made in real details then account numbers can be attached to paypal.

Of course the actual bank account needs your real info but I mean it doesnt need to match in any way with the paypal info. None of it is checked other than the numbers and verification deposits

Some banks require the names to match on the incoming deposits.

For the credit card, are you just using a gift card / VCC or are you using the actual card attached to your bank account? If it's a VCC or gift card, you can easily attach an address you don't have access to.

Smaller banks and credit unions. As much as I hate it if you have stealth accounts your are safer with the bigger US banks. The main thing with mismatching names and PayPal is making sure you never have funds sent from the bank to PayPal. Meaning you have a rainy day fund for fees, charge backs, refunds etc. If you have a negative balance for whatever reason and paypal tries to go after the bank account and they figure out is has mismatching names you will be done for. I can not give advice for non-us accounts sorry. This is for people within the US.
