So my next disbursment date is March 1st. I sold two items today that have already been shipped. Does that mean I will get my money on the 1st or what?

If you can still log into your account then you will still get paid.
BUT
You could ship your items and then in 4 days they could/might delate your account.
Then you would not get paid.

You are playing a crap shoot now.

Agree on the crap shoot - my initial probe questions are how many sales have you had so far and how much feedback have you received? Best way to begin understanding the status of your account.

Has anyone had any luck with getting their money from a deleted account? I wonder if sending a threatening legal letter would help.

I don't know of anyone who has ever got their money from a deleted account ...

If your account is suspended then yes you stand a good chance of seeing your money - but - if deleted, then sadly no.

So they just hold your money and your product and say you don't exist? I'm going to have to rethink about doing FBA until my account is well established. I can tell you this. If they try to screw me out of a couple thousand I will pay an attorney to litigate.

Sounds like it's a good idea to keep track of your account by taking screen shots.

that is EXACTLY what they do

... and if/when one of your buyers tries to contact you on the whereabouts of their order, Amazon will simply send them an automated message stating somethinig like "the seller has left/is no longer on the Amazon platform"

Wow. Well I can see why it's important to go slow at the beginning and wait to pass the review. So much for run and gun.

FYI: Run and Gun used to work ... really WELL

Until one day a seller named "Rae-N-Ray's Toy Box" came along in the fall of 2011 and fully exploited Amazon's trusting system for thousands by listing and collecting payment every 24hrs. for expensive LEGO sets (like the Death Star) they didn't have and had no intention of shipping ...

Now we don't have the 24 hr. disbursement option anymore and Amazon is alot less trusting and cold hearted

All new accounts I believe don't have the 24 hour options. All mine still have 24 hour disbursements as they are all over 2 years old.

I just had the message in on my account, it is new, but on real details. Have no feedbacks, and had orders in few days.

This is what i got.

Is this something i should worry about, i have not shipped the orders yet, so have lost any money so far. What your guys thoughts

Greetings from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know that we are conducting a review of your selling account. During the review, a rolling reserve will be applied to funds in your seller account.

The reserve will be equivalent to your gross sales amount for the preceding 7 days. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

You can view your account balance, reserve amount, and estimated payment schedule in the Payments section of your seller account When your account balance exceeds the reserve amount, funds will be available per your disbursement schedule.

Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies. Please continue to fulfill orders and list only items that you are able to ship by or before the Expected Ship Date.

For information on how you may be able to expedite this review, search for “Velocity Limits and Account Reviews” in seller Help.

We will notify you by e-mail when our account review is complete.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Regards,

Merchant Review Team

Also, what i noticed that, usually when the account is review, you can appeal by the email when you have the appeal icon.

With this email, my account is still ACTIVE and i do not see the APPEAL icon
