Soho66 driving me crazy!!!

I am trying to set up my soho66 number to divert to my landline, from the Ours of routing section in the control panel.
But when ever i try to test if it is working, i get sent to a mailbox which tells the caller that the extension #### is not available, please try again later.

What is going on here, Im going mad trying everything and its not working
