Paypal calling times am to pm?

What time does paypal call in the us from what time to what time are their offices open? Earliest call I have gotten is at 9:00am and latest was at 6pm. Anybody know their schedule and what timezone they work in for the us?

Im talking about paypal limitations when they want to limit you.

They have never called me - knock on wood - in the past hmm 3 or so years. I have called them though
