Ok a buyer bought psp off me on amazon and said theres a tiny chip on the screen.
i said okay return it il replace it, the thing is they sent a return request on amazon and i authorised it so when they send it,
theres an option for issue refund but how do i go about sending the replacement and delete the whole refund money ?
