Default Amazon Refund Question Help

Ok a buyer bought psp off me on amazon and said theres a tiny chip on the screen.

i said okay return it il replace it, the thing is they sent a return request on amazon and i authorised it so when they send it,
theres an option for issue refund but how do i go about sending the replacement and delete the whole refund money ?

Provide them a shipping label, and once it is returned to you refund them.

1. Send them a pre paid shipping label to send the item back and let them know once you receive the original a new one will be sent with a new tracking number.

2. If it is a cheap item or a difficult buyer, just send them a new item and include a return label and hope they send the other one back and if not, than oh well.

yeh ive received the one they sent, going to send the other one out tomorrow. what can i do with the issue refund thing as im sending a replacement.

Contact buyer and write a message stating that replacement is being sent with tracking number XXXXXX
