MC011 no guidelines?

I have just been hit with a MC011 but they ask for no invoices or ID like most sellers have. How do I provide an invoice (if they end up asking) if I have no contact with the person I got it off? Could I claim I got it off gumtree or craigslist and thus have no invoice, will that work?

If you have no contact with your supplier and did not get an invoice when you purchased your inventory, I would make one. Use your supplier's name and contact info, include what you bought and the quantity and price and make it look official.

eBay hit me up with the almost the same thing yesterday asking for invoices. A lot of my merchandise was ordered through DHGATE but only one is really suspicious. My question is whether or nor ebay verifies the invoices I send them. So far I've been researching and supposedly they don't but I wanted to get an opinion of someone who had the same experience.

They suspended both of my selling accounts, my buying account, my brother's buying and selling accounts. I can only assume it's because we live together and order/sell the same products.

Any help would be great.

If you have no invoices, you will need to be creative. PM a purple name (moderator) if you need guidance
