I'm pretty sure it starts next month and it's really going to suck eggs for the sellers.
I just had someone neg me because they didn't have their item 3 days after they paid for it. THREE DAYS! I shipped it the very next day but it still takes the post office 3-4 days to get it to them and they left me a neg. It's very unfair and I left them a neg too but they have 2 feedback so I'm pretty sure they don't much care about that ID.
The international bidders are the worst! I send my items out priority international but within 4 days they're writing to me in ALL CAPS wanting to know where their item is. It's unreal ! Canada is taking at least 10 business days to get there .. thanks to Customs .. and the bidders are blaming this on me.
I think the new feedback rule is going to give us all headaches .. especially the power sellers who have to keep a certain percentage or have their PS status taken away from them.
Oh thanks for letting me know! I just remember all the rumors back in Feb. and I haven't had to deal with it until now. I thought it was already in place.
I got a negative because this moron was complaining my checkout was too hard and they couldn't pay.
I asked eBay if when it starts will it be all auctions or just ones that started/ended at a certain date. eBay claimed it wasn't decided. But eBay lies a lot.
ebay said: if buyer didnt response an unpaid dispute, ebay will remove neg feedback auto,so my way is dont mark the payment received before buyer give positive feedback,if they leave neg, fine, get a strike, and i think 3 strike make his id suspend,so neg feedback also gone!
how about that?
ps: i dont use paypal accept paypal!
