This is the first time I've seen this, that Amazon won't let me appeal a feedback on the feedback form. It won't let me click any of the bullet points (obscene language, product review, other) because the buyer marked No to "Item as Described".
So even though the feedback is in violation of Amazon policy it won't allow me to appeal it. Any ideas?

AZ changed it a few months ago to take off the load of the feedback disputes. Basically if the buyer noted that the item they got is not as described in AZ listing, you have no right to appeal it.
You can still try to submit it for a review, but be ready for your account to be manually handled by a rep. Meaning that your account will be checked under a magnified glass.
