Get Selling Again Help!

I was suspended last year for 12 months
opened a new buying account in March this year @ my moms address using her details & pc (she lives 8 miles from me), i have bought 5 items since then using my pc back @ my address having deleted all my cookies ect no problem ( so far) of being linked so after being patient for these months i want to start selling again.
is it ok to use my paypal account by adding the email address i created to open this account
also if i use 1 of MY credit cards never been used before on ebay but the billing address is mine will ebay link me!
also i cant use my moms card //any helpful info would be much appreciated

You'll be okay adding the email address to your Paypal account and using a credit card you've never used before. Just don't enter the real street address. Enter you mother's if you want, but don't enter yours.
