Newbie to stealth

Hi sorry if i have posted in the wrong area but new to this. Just wanted some advice.
Cut a long story short ebay have banned me my hubby and father indefinetelty for listing in the clothing category.
I am planning on buying a new account of somebody but wanted to ask is it ok to link this to my paypal account? Or is it better to set up a new fresh paypal account.

Will ebay become suspicous fact i will be using the account obvs from a new ip address and also will it look suspicious if all old listings are ended?

Everything needs to be new.

Do not use anything from a banned account.

Everything on the ebay and paypal account has to be brand new. Do not use banned address or anything else.

Should have matching addresses on both eb and pp.

New bank account is needed as well.

New CC
New Bank
