 Hello from Latvia
Hi,
I'm here for the same reason as most of you, to learn how to not get my ebay and paypal accounts restricted again and also to learn how to properly create new stealth accounts.
I would appreciate if more experienced users could tell me whats the best and fastest way to get back on ebay ?
I can't decide to either buy or create my own ebay and paypal accounts, buying seems to be the fastest way, but
I don't fully understand how this works, so if somebody could explain, that would be great. I'm from Latvia so I use Latvian ebay, paypal accounts, but most accounts for sale are US, so the first problem that comes to my mind is how do I withdraw the money if I buy US accounts? I know there are prepaid cards like Payoneer, what other ways are there to withdraw money?
If I decide to create my own stelth accounts is it better to create Latvian or US accounts? For fully verified US account I need to purchase VCC and VBA, right? To verify Latvian paypal account I only need credit card but I think VCC would work too. I also think that Latvian ebay account comes with lower selling limits than US.
Lastly what good websites are there that sell VCC and VBA, I ask because I tried a few but haven't received anything yet so I think I got ripped.
