 Paypal Withdraw Question
can i withdraw money from a limited paypal account thats not under my name? because it is stealth its not under my name and it has a $2000 in it.. ill wait for 180days
somebody said that any bank account will do.. but i already tried it.. the money i withdraw with different bank account name came back to the paypal account because the name doesnt match.. also bank called me that day and i tried my friends bank account same result.. money doesnt get in
