PayPal asked for info straight after registration

Hi guys,

About 8 months ago my personal PP account (with my real info) was limited.
Today I decided to create new PayPal account to make online purchases for myself: I used same name as on limited account and variation of my real address (I just spelled it in a different way).
Straight after registration PP limited my account and asked for utility bill to prove my address.
Does it mean that PP linked my accounts?
I have opened lots of stealth accounts and never had same issue before.

What do you think about this?

If so, why they ask me to prove something? If they absolutely sure that 2 accounts belong to the same person they can just close account without any requests of documents and that is it.
I will send them what they ask for to see what they do next

In my opinion, really sounds like a waste of time. How did you setup the account? If just the name is same but ALL STEALTH PROCEDURES are correct...then you would likely operate for sometime.

You may need to read the stealth guide and/or the forums to understand the process.

I have stealth guide and operate about 20 stealth accounts successfully but I don't have access to stealth shipping addresses. Today I wanted to create PayPal account which I can use for ebay purchased. I used totally the same name as on limited account. As for shipping address, I spelled it in a different way, but it is not totally stealth.

I've never had a problem making a buyer account under a real name that's limited..

if anything, change the name, using the same address but in the different variation as you mentioned, and you should be fine.

Gracious, you wasted time to get an account limited.

Be wise to doing stealth correctly.

No old info on new accounts. Does not matter if the names are changed around or whatever.

Cant agree with that advice.

Only because we do not know what country the OP has his paypal.
We have no info about how he accesses with his internet.
These factors will determine if your method is doable.

Game has changed in the past 15 months about making buyer accounts & re-using info. It's not as safe as it was. If there's VPN/VPS detectable by paypal involved, account has issues.

I've experimented ( for obvious reasons). Hit & Miss.

I need my first name and my last name to be completely the same as on limited account.
Let me explain why.
Here in Russia we can withdraw money from PP only to US bank account. I can not open US bank account being outside US. That is why the only way out for me is Payoneer card with attached VBA.
I was selling items using my real account and about 20 stealth accounts. I paid to my suppliers only from stealth accounts and all money recieved to real PP account were transferred to VBA...This way I accumulated all my Ebay profits on one account (real) and then withdrew them.
One day PP limited my real account and now I am not able to withdraw money directly to bank account...
I asked Payoneer to delete my old VBA details and update with new ones so that I will be able to use payoneer service to withdraw money again with new PP account...They didnt want to do this, but finally they did.
So now I have completely new bank account details, but the main issue is that my VBA name remains the same. My Payoneer account name (+ name on the card and VBA) is my real name and it is completely the same as the name on my limited account (real account). In order to receive money to my new Payoneer VBA I must have exactly the same name as it was on limited account, because Payoneer doesn't allow name mismatch. I can use absolutely different address on my new PP account and everything else, BUT MY NAME MUST BE THE SAME.

Can you give me any advice?
Will it work if I have the same name but comletely different address (in another city) on my new PP account?

Basically but to be immediately limited means a big error was made on creation

Wait before making any new account.

If you do anything now, you will just be limited all over again.

At what point are you with payoneer & the new card?

May be a way around this. Not a given

I am told,You need 3 of the same things that will limit you.
So my guess is name, address and DOB.

The system automatically flags you and asks for docs, only after the docs are received, the paypal account is manually reviewed and then that paypal agent will then limit you for good because they will see you as a positive match from a previous banned member.

No it`s pretty straight - what I did was tried making US pp from within Canada - so IP was Canadian and I was limited right away. I was also in US half a year ago and tried the other way (Canadian pp with USA IP) and was limited right away.

Never tried with VPS yet - when I need US IP or other Canadian IP, I do dial-up
