Default If a buyers return is lost in the mail Do I have to refund?.

I sent him a white iphone 4 8gb Att on accident when it was suppose to be a white iphone 4s by sprint. I had both phones but I just mixed up the buyers.

The one that got the 4s returned it for a refund and looks to have had the package lost in the mail. is it his fault or my fault?. Do I still Oh a refund to him even if he didn't use insurance.


The tracking Hasnt updated sense the 22nd and it should have been here on the the 25th

Its the buyers fault really. Just like you need to make sure the item gets to them they need to make sure the returns gets to you. USPS if thats what was used has been EXTREMELY slow lately so I would say its lost yet.

Try contacting the shipping carrier and see what happened to or where the item is

You sent him the wrong item and had to inconvenient him to return the item back to you and now IF it's lost, you are thinking of not refunding him?

That's not cool. YOU are responsible in delivering the correct item.
