Starting again on ebay UK: a few questions

Hi there,

im a total newbie to this site, and would like a bit of clarification before I jump in head first.

My situation is that my ebay account has been barred from selling anything due to a combination of poor deliveries, faults and not as describes items. My paypal account has had no sanctions on it and I still use it for purchases. My bank account that was linked to the ebay & paypal account has been closed down for different reasons and I now have a new fresh account at a different bank altogether.

I currently have virgin media as my ISP and this leads me onto changing my IP addreess. After trying for the last two days and using software SMAC I had no joy, and found out that they use STATIC address, and my solution would be to use a dongle or use my mobile phone and have that tethered to my laptop for the use of ebay.

In addition to my virgin media situation, the account I use was supplied by the virgin contractor and has a different NAME and DOB to mine, that was the only was I was able to get virgin connected.

Would I be able to uses a combination of these to setup new account on ebay and paypay

my virgin media name
my address
my new bank acc

Not enough new info to work wisely.

Virgin media name is OK.
New bank account is excellent.
Old home address associated with a banned account is dangerous.

You pretty much need a new everything, new name, new address, new bank account, new phone number, new visa/mastercard, new DOB if you want to stay stealth. If you have a read though the stealth guide it will be able to walk you though it step by step.
