Default Has anyone done a business plan?

Hi, just wondering if most of you have done a business plan before embarking on eBay or do you just wing it and see how you go? My accounts are getting more and more sales and I'm getting very busy lately. Trying to get organised and on top of things. I'm just curious and wondering what everyone does to keep up?

Always a business plan for each account once it is kick-started.

Each account has a purpose and it must perform to that purpose.

If it starts flagging, I experiment on breaking rules

Then I can bury the account fair and square.

Most fail without a plan in anything you do.

Especially in business of any kind.

You have to think things through and have a plan to follow or you will find yourself of course and making mistakes.

Even if you are running a small ebay business or a large company you have to have a plan in place to keep your business on track to grow.

Otherwise you are winging it and it in most cases will fail.

Write it down and go over and over it to make sure you did not forget anything.

Also, set goals to reach, keeps you reaching for the stars!!

Good luck.

Profit plan taking into account eB costs and shipping necessary.

Timing plan based on when to list and to expect more activity.

Account plan based on how to rotate sales and keep stealth.

Life plan based on how many hours devoted to eB and devoted to other non-eB activities.

These are examples of sub-plans that go into any business plan for eB sales of a particular item/category/business venture.
