As long as you have proof of authenticity or a receipt from a legit, provable source. Otherwise, problems are on the horizon. It's all about proving...99.99999% of people can't so they get slammed. Don't be one of those without a brain.

Yes, if you have the paperwork to prove they are authentic.

You should also check they are not a grey import, and possibly excluded from being sold in the USA.

Due diligence to find the right type would be your best idea.

Work with your seller - use a customs broker service if you need clarification on the paperwork needed and you can afford the service.

As stated above. Paperwork is very important. There can be various factors depending on the size or the shipment, what actual product or branded goods. But yes, having proper paperwork is very important.

If you are bringing in containers or large pallets something like that. You definitely must go through a customs broker.

A recent container of large use branded items into Vancouver was seized last year because the paperwork was not good at all - took ages to clear customs - RCMP wanted it destroyed but the importer pushed back hard...
