Starting again questions.

theres just alot of questions i have. my ebay is suspended for 1 year but i still have paypal should i close pp account or should i leave it open? what all do i need to buy to get back started? i know i have to buy book but what is the other stuff?

Read the stealth guide then ask the appropriate questions. Nobody is going to write you a 30 page manual on getting back on eBay and PayPal and the admins sure as heck won't allow it.

Get the stealth guide read it once or twice. If you have any questions after that most the active members on here will gladly help you.

As vogeltron says, first place to start is by buying the guide and then seeing clarification on any points you don't understand.

If you have got a working fully verified PP, then dont close it down.

What will you do to not repeat the same problems that caused the ban?

It's hard work to get going again.

You have to look at every angle of becoming stealth.

For starters, that paypal can never be used on ebay again.

Read the E-book and use the search button in here and ask questions.

You have a lot of questions....forums has answers. Read around - get the guide - contribute.

Dont worry about the "other stuff" until you understand stealth.

After reading stealth, another option also is contacting sellers on this forum to set you up with an account

First you have to understand about "stealth".

Read the guide over and over. Any questions search and/or post on the forum. A lot of support here.
