VBA vs AVS VCC vs VCC

I have an Unverified US PayPal account and i have received an offer to do some real business with this one, but I will need to verify, which one would be the best and safest method to verify my PayPal with VBA, VCC or AVS VCC

for usa a vba is needed to verify it, a usa paypal with just vcc on it remains unverified.

as for avs or not, depends on card, the ones from sellers on forum here need no
matching...

US Paypal is ONLY verifiable with a bank (or bank-type of card) - if you arent sure of this principle go to the pp.com website and see the requirements.

Know your platform well before continuing.

These all do different things.

VBA could be attached to paypal to verfiy the account.

You have a choice then to use either the AVS vcc or plain VCC to confirm paypal.

In terms of looking good in paypal's eyes, you would use all items mentioned.
