Question Ebay Germany

Hi, my first post on a forum, please do not 'jump' at me if I asked silly questions:D

got suspended 4 years ago, all thanks to my ex who sell under my id. Since then I've moved to 3 different country, Singapore, UK, Germany ( where I am now).
Tried to registered at the 3 different places and you know what happened.

The thing is, I have read about how to get back in US and in UK, but what about in Germany ??? Help anyone ??? Over here they are very particular about
free e-mail address and I thinnk they do also check up on addresses. Appreciate it if someone/anyone can help.

For ebay germany, you have to supply more details than for a marriage license. They ask that you have tax id, bank account details & more or less want you to be a registered business. They really check each and every fact supplied and want proof. Your full name has to be supplied, no fudging of address etc. As a matter of interest, whereabouts are you in Germany? What items are you thinking of selling?

Just discovered this forum, I guessed they did track me by my credit card. I got banned ( in Singapore ) because my ex was selling DVD thru my account. The DVD were 100% legal. In Asia, they are usually months ahead when it comes to new movie screening as compared to Europe. So, to put it short, he was banned for selling movies which hadn't been shown yet. I am on the other hand in the garment biz. Specialised in bridal/evenings gowns, biz. not doing so great and wanted to try e-bay.

I understand about the ips and cookies, new addresses and email, but the thing is they run through a detailed check on you. They will check your name and address if they tally and also run a credit check on you. I do not think it's possible to ever get pass them. Anybody ???? ( I'm in Heidelberg )

Chances are not good for Germany. Only chance might be if you have a German national as a partner..... pity you are not in the US Armed Forces in Germany because that does work.

if you think Germany is strict you want to try eBay Italy, they want your ID card number when you sign up to even be a buyer!

Why don't you sign up via ebay US and then just change your country afterwards. Or ebay honk kong, where the registration process is really lenient.

I thought about it for a while, but I read somewhere one of the rules is to have a register address near you. I am feeling so hopeless and frustrated

Go into the foreign ebay sites and register with an address near you. They only require a credit card to register. Bam simple as that.

You got linked with your creditcard and possibly by PayPal also.

The same thing happened to me. I had a couple of eBay accounts from different countries suspended because I linked my accounts via Credit Card & PayPal.
