I can't find where i read it on this forum ; ; and believe me i did search really hard; this si probably due to the fact that i've read almost every single message in this forum in less than 1 week (been spending hours here every night since i discovered this forum, 5 days ago).

i remember reading someone say that you could actually use random account number to provide your bank account number in EBAY, as long as the routing numbers are correct, b/c eBay doesn't check it really. Is this true ?

not only this, but today i created a new account, and verified in EBAY (not PPal) a credit cart (VCC), it was granted, but there was NO WAY to start selling. I was in the OBLIGATION to create/have a VERIFIED paypal account.
And not only the count had to be VERIFIED, but also CONFIRMED (cause this is two very different things...my pp account is verified but not confirmed yet).

damn, henceforth this is the only rule : you want to start selling ? be verified AND confirmed in paypal AND linked with your ebay account. No other way.

Just signup for WaMu, only takes a few minutes. Add it to Paypal and you'll be confirmed in no time.

WaMu turned me down for online account, im in chexsystems, anyone know of another bank who doesnt use chexsystems?

HI: FASTEST way--if youre in Check systems---use /borrow an acct- from your mom/dad--just to get set--otherwise--
You can dispute info from checksystems.. They basically work like a credit bureau--
Get your report--then in that report--see who's reporting you--baD CHECK/SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY,ETC..dispute, and refer to the FCRA act that you can look up to protect your rights as a consumer..
>> FYI--if it was a personal ck acct-- maybe your spouse ran up the acct-?
>> If its a business acct--maybe one of the employees /officers did it without your knowledge/consent?
Why should you have to sit on checksystems?? It works...
