Default Shipping via DHL - invoice Question

While importing an item from China, does the shippers invoice have to show the Quantity of item + value of each item + total value?

Or is the quantity and total value enough?

Also need to have a shipping declaration on the paperwork.

They can do sometimes if they suspect it of being declared incorrectly, a replica item, or a whole host of other reasons.

Definitely - if the declaration is off or if they have suspicions, you can bet they will look at the product very closely. They dont simply pass boxes

Yes.

Any incoming parcel faces this possibility.

It's part of the 'risk' of importing.

We have had that dreaded tape on boxes after release from HMRC.

Last lot landed via Stansted Airport & was fabric. All opened up but later released. Was 100% silk they checked out. Simple reason: label had been damaged badly in transit.

The label was damaged? Wow - hope you told the seller to make note for future shipments.
