can ebay tell which other websites im visiting using their cookies.?

No, they cannot see your browser history. They can see if you click on a link that diverts you to their site though, but nothing else.

Very true, I was under the impression that they got very limited data from cookies for targeted advertising though.

Firefox seems to be the way to go then.

I still use IE but it's simple for my purposes.

I'm use two email account in one browser. But not login ebay on this browser. Only check email. Ebay will track it ?

I have a user account just for my internet browsing and has no ebay or pp attached at all.

When I am doing personal looking etc I use this user account for all of that.

Keeps things separated.
